摘要
随着核磁、声电成像、0.2米系列、取心和地层压力测试等特殊仪器施工量不断增加,受测量速度、仪器直径变大等因素影响,使仪器在测井过程中发生粘卡的几率增加,经常面临电缆穿心打捞的风险,降低测井时效和建井周期。本文介绍一种震击器,可以在线解除仪器粘卡问题,避免穿心打捞,提高解卡时效,节省处理工程事故成本。本文主要以震击器的机械和液压蓄能原理为主、从仪器结构、工作原理、维护、保养以及施工方式等方面进行阐述。
as the nuclear magnetic, audio-electric imaging, 0.2 m series, heart and formation pressure test and other special instrumentconstruction increasing, affected by the measuring speed, instrument diameter, the instrument in the process of logging sticky cardprobability increase, often face the risk of cable through heart salvage, reduce the logging time and construction cycle. This paperintroduces a kind of shock device, which can remove the problem of instrument sticking card online, avoid the aging of the card removal,and save the cost of handling engineering accidents. This paper mainly focuses on the mechanical and hydraulic energy storage principleof the shock device, from the instrument structure, working principle, maintenance, maintenance and construction mode.
