摘要 文章探讨OA办公环境下学校档案规范化管理的策略。通过分析学校档案管理现状,揭示存在的问题与挑战,提出档案采集与整理、数字化资源建设、利用服务与检索、安全管理等方面的创新策略。研究表明,办公自动化技术能显著提升档案管理效率和规范化水平,扩大资源开发利用,同时,对管理也提出更高要求。学校应积极运用现代技术手段,创新工作理念和方法,推进档案管理现代化、智能化发展。 This article discusses the strategies for standardized management of school archives under the OA office environment.By analyzing the current situation of school archives management,revealing the existing problems and challenges,and putting forward the innovative strategies in archives collection and sorting,digitalized resource construction,utilization servisce and retrieval,and security management.The research shows that office automation technology can significantly improve the efficiency and standardized level of archives management,expand the development and utilization of resources,and put forward higher requirements for management.Schools should actively use the modern technological means,innovate work concepts and methods,and promote the modernization as well as intelligentized development of the archives management.
