摘要
浮法玻璃熔窑的温度控制是玻璃生产的关键环节,对玻璃温度制度稳定、玻璃液流场稳定、玻璃液熔化质量具有重要的影响,通过简述传统外部风机的冷却方法,结合浮法玻璃工艺在实际生产中的实践经验,提出了采用水包车伸入冷却部进行温度调控以及基于PID控制的浮法玻璃熔窑温度调节的策略,以实现熔窑温度的精确控制。
The temperature control of float glass melting kiln is the key link of glass production,which has an important impact on the stability of glass temperature regime,the stability of glass liquid flow field and the melting quality of glass liquid.By briefly describing the cooling method of traditional external fan and combining the practical experience of float glass process in actual production,In order to realize the precise control of the furnace temperature,a strategy of temperature control of float glass furnace based on PID control is put forward.
