In order to promote stable growth of macro-economy,the reform of the three systems of stateowned enterprises,namely the reform of the labor system,the personnel system and the distribution system,has become a key element to optimize the overall trend of the economy and improve the policy environment.By comprehensively elaborating the three system reform objectives of state-owned enterprises,analyzing the positive impact of the reform on the economy and society,and evaluating the problems and challenges faced by the reform,such as the resistance to personnel reform,the complexity of distribution factors,the constraints of the business operation,the impact of the external environment,and the lack of property rights regulation,etc.some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to deepen the reform of the personnel system,improve the internal distribution system,strengthen the innovation of the management system,and optimize the corporate governance structure.Looking forward to the future trend of economic globalization,the core competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets of state-owned enterprises will be enhanced and the process of social and economic modernization of state-owned enterprises will be promoted through the three system reform.
