高花青素芥菜新品种紫妃芥菜及其优质、高产标准化生产技术

'Zifei Mustard'of High Anthocyanin Content and Its Standardized Production Technologies for High quality and High yield

紫妃芥菜是韶关学院选育的紫叶芥菜新品种,以富含花青素为主要特点,目前在广东省韶关市、广州市、肇庆市等地均进行了一定面积的种植示范,但各地栽培技术不一,生产出的紫妃芥菜品质差异较大。为实现高花青素芥菜新品种紫妃芥菜的标准化生产,进而生产出优质的紫妃芥菜,且增加种植经济效益,总结了紫妃芥菜的栽培技术要点,包括种子处理、直播种植、育苗移栽、水肥管理、病虫害防治及采收等。通过标准化栽培技术生产的紫妃芥菜口感脆嫩、无渣、无苦味,叶色深紫色,叶片花青素含量高达4854 mg/kg,667 m^(2)产量可达2554.3 kg,平均667 m^(2)增收15325.8元,实现了紫妃芥菜的优质、高产、高效益生产。

'Zifei mustard'is a new variety of purple leaf mustard breeded by Shaoguan University,characterized by its high content of anthocyanins.At present,a certain area for planting demonstration has been carried out in Shaoguan,Guangzhou,Zhaoqing and other cities in Guangdong province,but the cultivation technologies varied in different regions,resulting in significant differences in the quality of'Zifei mustard'.In order to achieve standardized production of the new high anthocyanin mustard variety'Zifei mustard'with high quality and increase planting economic benefits,the key points of cultivation technologies of'Zifei mustard'were summarized,including seed treatment,directseeding planting,seedling production and transplantation,management of water and fertilizer,control of disease and pest,harvesting and so on.'Zifei mustard'produced through standardized cultivation technologies has a crispy and tender taste,no residue and no bitterness,whose leaves are dark purple in color with a high anthocyanin content of 4854 mg/kg.Its yield can reach 2554.3 kg per 667 m^(2) with an average income increase of 15325.8 yuan per 667 m^(2).High-quality,high-yield and efficient production of'Zifei mustard'has achieved.
