摘要
在大力推动港口建设和港产城融合发展的背景下,港口小城镇的交通-空间耦合关系亟待协同优化。首先,对交通-空间耦合的基本内涵进行解读,发现其普遍存在港城客货组织混杂、组团内部职住失衡、跨组团通道容量约束三方面问题。其次,应用情景模拟方法,从客货组织、职住平衡、交通方式三个维度构建十二项组合情景,并进行交通-空间耦合绩效的量化评价。分析表明,外引货运交通、改善职住平衡和提高跨组团公交服务水平均能实现耦合绩效改善。据此,提出通过分离货运要素、聚焦港区平衡、强化公交导向的综合施策来优化交通-空间耦合关系。研究可为港口小城镇空间布局、交通-空间一体化规划提供借鉴。
The optimization of transport-space coupling in port-based small towns was urgently needed.Firstly,connotation of transport-space coupling was interpreted,identifying three main issues:mixed spatial organization,job-housing imbalance,and constraints on transportation capacity.Secondly,twelve combination scenarios were constructed from three dimensions:freight-passenger organization,job-housing imbalance and transport modes,and quantitative evaluations of transportation performance were conducted.The analysis indicated that external diversion of freight transportation,improvement of job-housing balance,and enhancement of public transportation services could improve coupling performance.Finally,a comprehensive strategy was proposed including the separation of freight transportation,focusing on job-housing balance,and strengthening public transportation.This study provided valuable insights for spatial layout and integrated transport-space planning in port-based small towns.
