汽车顶盖回弹补偿及精度提升研究

摘要 以某汽车顶盖为例,利用AutoForm软件为分析工具,描述了CAE分析的设置条件及回弹补偿的方法,通过选取关键点夹紧的方式对回弹结果进行确认,优先对制件主型面进行回弹补偿,再对四周法兰边的回弹进行补偿。对于实际制件尺寸超差问题,进行CAE分析结果与实际制件的虚实验证,通过调整回弹补偿量的方法进行模具整改,使制件尺寸合格率达到客户要求。 Taking an automobile roof cover as an example,using AutoForm software as the analy-sis tool,the setting conditions and springback compensation methods for CAE analysis was de-scribed.The springback results were confirmed by selecting key point clamping method,and the springback compensation was given priority to the main profile of the workpiece,and then the springback compensation was carried out on the surrounding flange edges.For the problem of the size deviation of the actual parts,the CAE analysis results and the virtual and real verification of the actual parts were carried out,and the die rectification was carried out by adjusting the amount of springback compensation,so that the qualified rate of the size of the parts could meet the re-quirements of customers.
