磁路组件滚铆工艺及夹具设计

摘要 通过分析磁路组件结构,制定新的铆装方式,根据工艺特点设计滚铆夹具,并阐述了夹具结构、设计方案以及对模原理。夹具制造完成后,经实际批量生产验证,磁路组件铆装后达到了装配技术要求,表明滚铆工艺及夹具设计合理,可为类似接触器磁路组件的生产提供参考。 Through the analysis of the structure of the magnetic circuit,the new style of riveted binding was made.The rolling magnetic circuit was designed according to the features of crafts,and the fixture structure,the designing scheme and the modular principle were described.After fin-ishing the fixture manufacturing,the actual mass production verified that it reached the require-ment of assembly technique when the magnetic circuit was riveted,which indicated the rolling riv-eting process and the fixture design were reasonable.
