高分子自粘胶膜(HDPE)防水卷材在地库底板施工中的质量提升对策

摘要 某数字经济产业园项目地库底板采用1.2 mm厚高分子自粘胶膜(HDPE)防水卷材进行施工,采用数理统计方法,分析了施工过程中易产生的褶皱鼓包等影响卷材施工质量的因素,并采用了卷材BIM排版施工及阴阳角部位密封处理等解决措施,大大提高了施工速度和质量合格率。 The basement floor of a digital economy industrial park project is constructed using 1.2 mm thick polymer film(HDPE)reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.Mathematical and statistical methods are used to analyze the factors that may affect the construction quality of the membrane,such as wrinkles and bulges during the construction process.BIM layout construction of the membrane and sealing treatment of the internal and external corners are adopted as well to greatly improve the construction speed and quality qualification rate.
