知柏地黄汤合逍遥散对肝郁脾虚型更年期综合征患者性激素水平及生活质量的影响

Effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder on sex hormone level and quality of life of climacteric syndrome patients with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type

目的探讨知柏地黄汤合逍遥散对肝郁脾虚型更年期综合征患者性激素水平及生活质量的影响。方法选择2021年2月至2023年1月临沂市兰山区枣园中心卫生院收治的80例肝郁脾虚型更年期综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。两组均进行对症支持治疗,对照组在此基础上给予逍遥散,观察组采用知柏地黄汤合逍遥散,比较两组性生活质量、性激素水平及生活质量。结果观察组性生活各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组雌二醇水平高于对照组,卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肝郁脾虚型更年期综合征患者,知柏地黄汤合逍遥散治疗能有效改善性生活质量,调节性激素水平,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder on the sex hormone level and quality of life of climacteric syndrome patients with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type.Methods From February 2021 to January 2023,80 patients with climacteric syndrome with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type in Linyi City Lanshan District Zaoyuan Center Health Center were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The two groups were given symptomatic support treatment,the control group was given Xiaoyao Powder on this basis,the observation group was given Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoyao Powder,and the sex lif e quality,sex hormone levels,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of sex life in the obs ervation group were higher than thos e in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with climacteric syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type,Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoyao Powder can effectively improve the quality of sexual life,regulate the level of sex hormones,and improve the quality of life.
