数字化健康平台护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of digital health platform nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨数字化健康平台护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月六盘水市人民医院妇产科收治的90例妊娠糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45例)和研究组(45例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用数字化健康平台护理干预,比较两组健康认知评分、血糖相关指标水平,以及母婴不良结局。结果研究组的健康认知评分比对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比对照组更低(P<0.05);两组母婴不良结局总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化健康平台护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者的母婴安全具有积极影响,能够提高健康认知评分、母婴健康水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of digital health platform nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Liupanshui People’s Hospital were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group used digital health platform nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,the health cognition score,blood glucose related indicators,and maternal and infant adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The health cognition score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital health platform nursing intervention has a positive impact on maternal and infant safety of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,and can improve heal th cognition score and maternal and infant health level.
