母婴阻断综合护理在乙肝感染孕产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of mother-infant blocking comprehensive nursing in pregnant women with hepatitis B infection

目的探讨母婴阻断综合护理在乙肝感染孕产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月山东省巨野县人民医院收治的90例乙肝感染孕产妇作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施母婴阻断综合护理。比较两组乙肝病毒定量结果[乙肝病毒基因(HBV-DNA)、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)]、新生儿HBV-DNA阳性率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组HBV-DNA、HBsAg水平均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生24h、1个月、12个月的HBVDNA阳性率均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论母婴阻断综合护理对乙肝感染孕产妇乙肝病毒定量结果改善、新生儿乙肝感染预防的作用显著,可提高孕产妇的护理满意度,值得推荐和应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of mother-infant blocking comprehensive nursing in pregnant women with hepatitis B infection.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women with hepatitis B infection admitted to Juye County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the pregnant women were divided into the control g roup and the obs ervation group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mother-infant blocking comprehensive nursing.The quantitative results of hepatitis B virus(hepatitis B virus DNA[HBV-DNA]and hepatitis B surface antigen[HBsAg]),positive rate of HBV-DNA in newborns,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of HBV-DNA and HBsAg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of HBV-DNA in newborns at 24 hours,1 month,and 12 months after birth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mother-infant blocking comprehensive nursing has a significant effect on improving the quantitative results of hepatitis B virus in pregnant women with hepatitis B infection and preventing hepatitis B infection in newborns.It can improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women,which is worthy of recommendation and application.
