协同护理模式对重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭女性患者ICU住院期间呼吸机相关肺炎发生率的影响

Impact of collaborative nursing model on the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia during ICU hospitalization in female patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease typeⅡrespiratory failure

目的观察协同护理模式对重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭女性患者ICU住院期间呼吸机相关肺炎发生率的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月在山东省沂南县人民医院行呼吸机治疗的100例重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭女性患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间分为两组。2022年1月至6月收治的50例患者为对照组,实施常规护理,2022年7月至12月收治的50例患者为观察组,在对照组基础上实施协同护理模式。比较两组呼吸机相关肺炎发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组呼吸机相关肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式有利于降低重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭女性患者ICU住院期间的呼吸机相关肺炎发生率。

Objective To observe the impact of collaborative nursing model on the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia during ICU hospitalization in female patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 100 female patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease typeⅡrespiratory failure who underwent mechanical ventilation treatment in the People’s Hospital of Yinan,Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into two groups based on different admission times.A total of 50 patients admitted from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing.A total of 50 patients admitted from July to December 2022 were selected as the observation group and received collaborative nursing model on the basis of the control group.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing model is beneficial for reducing the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia during ICU hospitalization in female patients with severe chronic obstruct ive pulmonary disease typeⅡrespiratory failure.
