保温护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术全身麻醉患者中的应用效果

Application effect of heat preservation nursing in patients with general anesthesia during total hysterectomy under laparoscope

目的分析保温护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术全身麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2023年1月济南市第三人民医院收治的50例腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用保温护理干预。比较两组寒战发生率、手术体温情况。结果观察组寒战发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术15、30 min的体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术开始时体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫全切术全身麻醉患者采用保温护理可以有效减少患者术中体温流失,降低寒战发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of heat preservation nursing in patients with general anesthesia during total hysterectomy under laparoscope.Methods Fifty patients with total hysterectomy under laparoscope treated in Jinan Third People’s Hospital from April 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used heat preservation nursing intervention.The incidence of chills and operation temperature were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 15 and 30 minutes after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups at the beginning of operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of heat preservation nursing in patients with general anesthesia during total hysterectomy under laparoscope can effectively reduce the loss of body temperature and the incidence of chills.
