全病程管理在异常子宫出血患者围手术期护理中的应用

Application of whole course management in perioperative nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探讨全病程管理在异常子宫出血患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月于淄博市市立医院接受手术治疗的82例异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)与试验组(n=41)。对照组行常规围手术期护理,试验组在对照组的基础上行全病程管理。比较两组自护能力评分与护理总满意率。结果干预前两组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组ESCA评分均高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后试验组自我责任感[(20.45±3.14)分]、自我护理技能[(32.05±3.01)分]、健康知识水平[(35.19±3.82)分]、自我概念[(25.41±2.17)分]及ESCA总分[(113.10±2.15)分]均高于对照组[(19.25±2.05)、(30.46±3.17)、(33.51±3.31)、(23.81±2.72)、(107.03±2.01)分](P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在异常子宫出血患者围手术期护理中应用全病程管理,可提高自护能力、护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of whole course management in perioperative nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 82 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who received surgical treatment in Zibo Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=41)and experimental group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the experimental group received whole course management on the basis of the control group.Self-care ability score and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,ESCA scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,self-responsibility([20.45±3.14]points),self-care skill([32.05±3.01]points),health knowledge level([35.19±3.82]points),self-concept([25.41±2.17]points),and ESCA total score([113.10±2.15]points)of experimental group were higher than those of control group([19.25±2.05],[30.46±3.17],[33.51±3.31],[23.81±2.72],[107.03±2.01]points)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole course management in the perioperative nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can improve the self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
