临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroid surgery

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者手术中采用临床护理路径的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的76例子宫肌瘤手术患者,以随机数字表法分组,每组38例。对照组采用常规手术护理,观察组采用临床护理路径护理,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间以及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组建立气腹10 min和手术结束时的心率、平均动脉压、肾上腺素低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者手术中采用临床护理路径效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with uterine fibroid surgery admitted to Chengyang District People’s Hospital of Qingdao City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into 38 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group used routine operation nursing,the observation group used clinical nursing pathway,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,the time of anal exhaust,and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and adrenaline in observation group were lower than those in control group at 10 min for establishment of pneumoperitoneum and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the co ntrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with uterine fibroid surgery is rem arkble,and is worth popularizing.
