功能磁共振成像联合CT配合AI诊断系统鉴别诊断肺结节良恶性的价值观察

The Value of Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Combined with CT Combined with AI Diagnostic System in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Pulmonary Nodules

摘要 目的分析功能磁共振成像(MRI)联合CT配合人工智能(AI)诊断系统在肺结节良恶性中的诊断效能。方法选取2021年1月-2022年7月本院收治的60例肺结节患者,对所有患者行功能MRI、CT检查,并予以专业医师阅片诊断及AI诊断。以病理检查为金标准,分析功能MRI联合CT配合AI诊断系统在肺结节良恶性中的诊断效果。结果60例肺结节患者,经病理检查证实为恶性的有45例,良性的有15例;功能MRI联合CT配合AI诊断系统对恶性肺结节的检出率高于功能MRI联合CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);功能MRI联合CT配合AI诊断系统检查的灵敏度为95.56%(43/45)、准确度为95.00%(43+14)/60,均高于功能MRI联合CT检查的80.00%(36/45)、81.67%(36+13)/60,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两者的特异度相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。kappa检验显示:功能MRI联合CT配合AI诊断系统的检查结果与“金标准”检查结果的一致性较为理想(kappa值=0.822,P=0.000)。结论功能MRI联合CT配合AI诊断系统在肺结节良恶性的诊断中效能显著,可有效诊断出恶性肺结节,为临床医师提供可靠的参考信息,进而做到及时治疗,改善患者预后。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with CT combined with artificial intelligence(AI)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.Methods From January 2021 to July 2022,60 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to our hospital were selected.All patients were examined with functional MRI and CT,and were diagnosed with film review and AI by professional physicians.Using pathological examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic effect of functional MRI combined with CT combined with AI diagnostic system in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules was analyzed.Results Of the 60 patients with pulmonary nodules,45 were confirmed as malignant and 15 as benign by pathological examination;the detection rate of malignant pulmonary nodules using functional MRI combined with CT combined with AI diagnostic system was higher than that using functional MRI combined with CT,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the sensitivity and accuracy of functional MRI combined with CT combined with AI diagnostic system were 95.56%(43/45)and 95.00%(43+14)/60,which were higher than 80.00%(36/45)and 81.67%(36+13)/60 of functional MRI combined with CT,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the specificity of the two methods was similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Kappa test showed that the consistency between the results of functional MRI combined with CT combined with AI diagnostic system and the results of"gold standard"examination was relatively ideal(kappa value=0.822,P=0.000).Conclusion Functional MRI combined with CT combined with AI diagnostic system has significant efficacy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules,which can effectively diagnose malignant pulmonary nodules,provide reliable reference information for clinicians,and achieve timely treatment to improve patient prognosis.
