德尔菲法及层次分析法构建手术室护士急救能力评价指标体系研究

Construct the Evaluation Index system of the Operation Room Nurse’s First-aid Capability Based on Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process

目的通过德尔菲、层次分析两种方法一同构建起评估手术室内护士有关急救能力的指标体系,给日后评定该类群体急救能力、开展培训工作提供依据。方法本研究于2022年6月从省内和地区三级综合医院的护理部主任、副主任、手术室护士长、手术室专科护士遴选出相关专家18名,经文献以及专著资料回顾,生成手术室护士有关急救能力评估草案,并编制相应的咨询问卷。在2022年7月经问卷星开展专家函询,通过半结构访谈、德尔菲以及层次分析等方法构建起相应的评估指标体系,同时确定各项指标的权重。结果2轮专家函询积极系数依次是为100.00%、94.44%,专家权威系数依次是0.94、0.92,肯德尔和谐系数依次是0.356、0.406;结合专家函询意见,总共修改二级指标5个,删除二级指标3个,加入二级指标2个,生成包括6个一级指标、23个二级指标的手术室护士有关急救能力评估指标体系。结论本次研究当中构建起的手术室护士有关急救能力评估指标体系,可对护士的急救能力做出完整评估,严谨性高,给提升手术室内护士的急救能力、日后开展有关教育以及培训工作打下良好基础.

Objective To construct the evaluation index system of the operation room nurse’s first-aid capability based on Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process and provide basis on the evaluation of the operation room nurse’s first-aid capability and training works.Methods 18 experts from the nursing director,deputy director,operation room charge nurse and professional operation room nurses in the provincial and regional three-level general hospitals(2022.06)were chosen.Through the literature and information review,the protocol of evaluating the operation room nurse’s first-aid capability was established;besides,the questionnaire was developed.In July 2022,the questionnaire was analyzed by the experts.The semi-structure,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the evaluation index system of the operation room nurse’s first-aid capability and determine the weight coefficients.Results Upon two rounds of expert answer,the positive coefficients were 100.00%and 94.44%,0.94 and 0.92 based on the expert coefficients,0.356 and 0.406 based on Kendall concordance coefficient.According to the expert’s opinions,5 grade 2 coefficients were modified;3 grade 2 coefficients were removed;2 grade 2 coefficients were added;6 grade 1 coefficients and 23 grade 2 coefficients were developed.Conclusion The evaluation index system of the operation room nurse’s first-aid capability can make the comprehensive assessment about the operation room nurse’s first-aid capability,providing basis on the selection,cultivation and management of the operation room nurses and laying the theoretical foundation on the operation room nurse’s further education,on-the-job training and the medical student’s full-time education.
