500张类风湿关节炎处方点评及用药合理性分析

500 Reviews of Rheumatoid Arthritis Prescriptions and Rational Analysis of Drug Use

目的:点评500张类风湿关节炎处方并分析其用药合理性。方法:回顾性分析2023年1—6月广州医科大学附属第二医院开具的500张类风湿关节炎处方数据,分析其用药特点及合理性。结果:500张类风湿关节炎处方中,226张包含非甾体抗炎药,456张包含传统疾病修饰抗风湿药物,91张包含糖皮质激素,155张包含质子泵抑制剂;≥3种药物处方最多,占比64.6%;纯西药处方最多,占比81.6%;43张处方存在用药不合理情况,占比8.60%,其中用药与诊断不符、给药途径不适宜最多;特殊处方342张,占比68.4%,其中开具胃药处方最多。结论:类风湿关节炎常采用多种西药治疗,易存在用药不合理的问题,需要加强用药合理性的评估和指导,并注意合理使用其他药物,以提高用药合理性。

Objective:A total of 500 prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis were reviewed and the rationality of drug use was analyzed.Methods:The data of five hundred rheumatoid arthritis prescriptions issued by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the characteristics and rationality of drug use were analyzed.Results:Of the 500 prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis,226 contained non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,456 contained traditional disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs,91 contained glucocorticoids,and 155 contained proton pump inhibitors;≥3 kinds of drugs were the most prescriptions,accounting for 64.6%;pure western medicine prescriptions were the most,accounting for 81.6%;there were irrational drug use in 43 prescriptions,accounting for 8.60%,among which the drug use was inconsistent with diagnosis and the route of administration was unsuitable;there were 342 special prescriptions,accounting for 68.4%,among which the prescription of stomach medicine was the most.Conclusion:Rheumatoid arthritis is often treated with a variety of western drugs,but there is a problem of unreasonable drug use.It is necessary to strengthen the evaluation and guidance of drug use rationality,and pay attention to the rational use of other drugs to improve drug use rationality.
