负压封闭引流技术联合硫酸银敷料在3、4期压力性损伤感染创面中的应用效果

Effect of Negative Pressure Sealing Drainage Technique Combined with Silver Sulfate Dressing on Infected Wounds of Stage 3 and 4 Pressure Injuries

目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合硫酸银敷料在3、4期压力性损伤感染创面中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年9月东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的3、4期压力性损伤感染创面患者60例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用传统灌注冲洗治疗,观察组采用VSD联合硫酸银敷料治疗。比较两组恢复时间、创面愈合评分及生活质量。结果:观察组新鲜肉芽生长时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组渗液量、创面面积、组织类型评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组社会功能、生理机能、躯体功能、物质生活状态评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在3、4期压力性损伤感染创面治疗中应用VSD联合硫酸银敷料的效果显著,可有效清除创面分泌物,促进创面愈合,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage(VSD)combined with silver sulfate dressing on the infected wounds of stage 3 and 4 pressure injuries.Methods:Sixty patients with stage 3 and stage 4 stress injury infected wounds admitted to Dongguan Binhai Bay Central Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional perfusion irrigation,and the observation group was treated with VSD combined with silver sulfate dressing.The recovery time,wound healing score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of fresh granulation growth and wound healing in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001);after intervention,the score of fluid seepage,wound area and tissue type in two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of social function,physiological function,physical function and material life status in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of VSD combined with silver sulfate dressing in the treatment of infected wounds of stage 3 and 4 pressure injuries has a remarkable effect,which can effectively remove wound secretions,promote wound healing,and improve the quality of life of patients.
