一次性根管填充治疗急性牙髓炎的应用效果分析

Application Effect of One-time Root Canal Filling in the Treatment of Acute Pulpitis

目的:分析一次性根管填充治疗急性牙髓炎的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年1月铜仁市德江县民族中医院收治的急性牙髓炎患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用多次根管填充治疗,观察组采用一次性根管填充治疗。比较两组临床疗效、牙齿功能、炎性因子水平、并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025);治疗后,两组牙龈指数降低,牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率提高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.045)。结论:一次性根管填充治疗急性牙髓炎的应用效果显著,可提高患者牙齿功能,减轻炎性反应,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the effect of one-time root canal filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with acute pulpitis treated in Tongren Dejiang County Hospital of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Nationalities from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observa⁃tion group by random drawing method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received multiple root canal filling treat⁃ment,and the observation group received one-time root canal filling treatment.The clinical efficacy,dental function,inflammatory factor level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.025);after treatment,the gingival index of the two groups decreased,the bite force and mas⁃tication efficiency of the teeth increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.045).Conclusion:The application of one-time root canal filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis is remarkable,which can improve the dental function of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction and reduce the risk of complications.
