缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区高血压合并糖尿病的效果观察

Effect of Valsartan Combined with Amlodipine on Hypertension and Diabetes in Community

目的:观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区高血压合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年11月上海市浦东新区南码头社区卫生服务中心接诊的社区高血压合并糖尿病患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各35例。两组均接受基础控糖干预,对照组在此基础上使用氨氯地平治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用缬沙坦治疗。比较两组血压及糖脂代谢指标水平。结果:治疗后,两组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、日间收缩压、日间舒张压、夜间收缩压、夜间舒张压降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后,两组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区高血压合并糖尿病效果显著,能有效改善患者血压水平,且不影响糖脂代谢水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension and diabetes in community.Methods:From June 2021 to November 2023,70 patients with hypertension and diabetes in community in Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanmatou Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups received basic glucose control intervention,the control group received amlodipine on this basis,and the study group received valsartan on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure and glucose and lipid metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,24 h mean systolic blood pressure,24 h mean diastolic blood pressure,daytime systolic blood pressure,daytime diastolic blood pressure,nighttime systolic blood pressure and nighttime diastolic blood pressure in the two groups decreased,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and fasting blood glucose between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension with diabetes in community has significant effect,can effectively improve blood pressure levels,and does not affect the level of glycolipid metabolism.
