背部药石铺灸疗法改善阳虚体质的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Back Medicated Stone Moxibustion Treatment on Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的:观察背部药石铺灸疗法改善阳虚体质的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年12月上海市松江区方塔中医医院收治的阳虚体质患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受温灸盒灸疗法,观察组接受药石铺灸疗法。比较两组阳虚体质评分和健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗后,两组阳虚体质评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生理机能、生理职能、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分升高,观察组生理机能、生理职能、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:背部药石铺灸疗法可改善阳虚人群体质,并提高其生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of back medicated stone moxibustion treatment on Yang deficiency constitution.Methods:A total of eighty patients with Yang deficiency constitution treated in Shanghai Songjiang District Fangta Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty patients in each group.The control group received warm moxibustion box moxibustion treatment,and the observation group received medicated stone moxibustion treatment.The physical scores of Yang deficiency and health survey summary form(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the physique scores of Yang deficiency in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health of the two groups were increased,and the scores of physiological function,physiological function,general health,energy,social function and emotional function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Back medicated stone moxibustion treatment can improve the physique of people with Yang deficiency and improve their quality of life,which is worth popularizing and applying.
