黄英咳喘糖浆联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽的临床效果与安全性分析

Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Huangying Cough Syrup Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Pediatric Cough

目的:分析黄英咳喘糖浆联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月甘肃中医药大学附属医院收治的咳嗽患儿160例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各80例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合黄英咳喘糖浆治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。治疗前,两组喘息、胸闷、咳嗽、哮鸣音评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组喘息、胸闷、咳嗽、喘鸣音评分下降,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。结论:黄英咳喘糖浆联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽的效果显著,可缓解患儿临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Huangying cough syrup combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric cough.Methods:One hundred and sixty cases of children with cough admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with eighty cases.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the experimental group was treated with Huangying cough syrup on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).Before treatment,the difference in the scores of wheezing,chest tightness,cough,and wheezing between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of wheezing,chest tightness,cough,and wheezing decreased in the two groups,and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).Conclusion:Huangying cough syrup combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of pediatric cough,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
