负压封闭引流技术在脊柱后路内固定术后的应用效果观察

Effect of Negative Pressure Closed Drainage Technique after Posterior Spinal Internal Fixation

目的:观察负压封闭引流技术在脊柱后路内固定术后的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月于联勤保障部队第九〇四医院行脊椎后路内固定术的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规抗感染处理,观察组在对照组基础上予以负压封闭引流技术处理。比较两组临床效果、恢复效果、满意度、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组活力状况、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流技术在脊柱后路内固定术后的应用效果显著,可缩短切口愈合及住院时间,提高患者满意度及生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of negative pressure closed drainage after posterior spinal internal fixation.Methods:A total of one hundred patients who underwent posterior spinal fixation in the 904 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine anti-infection treatment,and the observation group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage technology on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,recovery effect,satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);incision healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);after treatment,the scores of vitality,physiological function,emotional function and social function of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of negative pressure closed drainage technique after posterior spinal internal fixation has a remarkable effect,which can shorten incision healing and hospital stay,and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
