护理分诊管理模式对门诊分时段预约挂号患者就诊情况的影响

摘要 目的:探究护理分诊管理模式对门诊分时段预约挂号患者就诊情况的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月贵州医科大学附属医院门诊分时段预约挂号就诊患者500例作为研究对象,根据入院时间分组,2023年1—6月就诊者为对照组(n=250),接受常规管理模式,2023年7—12月就诊者为研究组(n=250),接受护理分诊管理模式。比较两组时间指标、负面情绪、护理满意度、护患纠纷发生率。结果:研究组就诊排队时间、询问响应时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:门诊分时段预约挂号就诊过程中采用护理分诊管理模式,能够缩短患者就诊时间,减轻患者负面情绪,提高护理满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率。 Objective:To explore the influence of nursing triage management mode on the treatment of registered patients in the outpatient department.Methods:A total of five hundred patients in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and grouped according to the time of admission.Patients from January to June 2023 were in the control group(n=250)and received conventional management mode.Patients from July to December 2023 were in the study group(n=250),which received the nursing triage management mode.The time index,negative emotion,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nurse-patient dispute were compared between the two groups.Results:The queuing time and inquiry response time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:The use of nursing triage management mode in the process of outpatient appointment can shorten the time of patients'visit,reduce patients'negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.
