退休老人的社区融入、再社会化、社会认同等议题,事关老龄化社会高质量发展。“幼儿化平台”的社工实践与机制构建,是退休老人有效融入社区的重要路径。幼儿是希望,是未来,也是退休老人的精神寄托。以幼儿为中心,以幼儿夏令营、娱乐文化空间、幼儿体能训练基地等幼儿化平台为媒介,以社工实践为辅助措施,以平台机制构建为路径,将有利于促进退休老人融入社区、再社会化,彰显退休老人的社会价值,促进社会和谐。

The issues concerning community integration,re-socialization and social identity of the retired are related to the high-quality development trend of the aging society.The social work practice and mechanism construction of“preschool platform”is an important way for the retired to effectively integrate into the community.Children are the hope,the future,and the spiritual sustenance of the retired.The practice of setting young children as the center,using children s summer camp,the entertainment culture space,physical training base and kindergarten platform as the media,employing auxiliary measures for social work practice,and building platform mechanism as the path will certainly promote retired people into the community,socialization,reveal the social value of retired people,and promote social harmony.
