浙江省农业面源污染治理现状及对策

Current Situation of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Control in Zhejiang Province and Its Countermeasures

农业面源污染是农业生产过程中由于化学投入品使用不合理,以及养殖废弃物、农作物秸秆等处置不当,对生态环境造成的污染。加强农业面源污染治理是实现农业绿色发展、保障农产品质量安全的根本措施,也是实施乡村振兴战略、改善农村生态环境的重要内容。基于此,总结了浙江省近年来农业面源污染治理的主要做法和取得的成效,分析了农业面源污染治理存在的问题,提出了深入推进农业面源污染治理的对策,以期为保障生态环境安全和农业高质量发展提供理论支撑。

Agricultural non-point source pollution is the pollution to the ecological environment caused by the irrational use of chemical inputs,improper disposal of aquaculture waste and crop straw in the process of agricultural production.Strengthening the control of agricultural non-point source pollution is a fundamental measure to achieve green agricultural development and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.It is also an important part of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and improving the rural ecological environment.Based on this,this paper summarized the main practical method and achievements of agricultural non-point source pollution control in Zhejiang Province in recent years,analyzed the existing problems of agricultural non-point source pollution control,and put forward countermeasures to further promote agricultural non-point source pollution control,so as to provide theoretical support for safeguarding ecological environment security and high-quality agricultural development.
