中药材农药残留检测技术研究现状及展望

Current Situation and Prospects of Pesticide Residue Detection Technology for Chinese Crude Drugs

中药材产业是中华民族原创的具有悠久历史的传统产业,中药材在人类与疾病的抗争史上作出了重大贡献。近年来,中药材中检出农药残留的事件时有发生,严重影响我国中药材的安全及其走向国际市场。为此,从中药材农药残留现状、农药残留检测前处理技术、农药残留检测方法等方面进行综述,对我国中药材农药残留原因进行剖析,并提出相应的建议,旨在为开展中药材农药残留检测等相关研究工作提供参考。

The Chinese crude drugs industry is a traditional industry with a long history,which is originated by the Chinese nation.Chinese crude drugs has made significant contributions in the human history of struggling against diseases.In recent years,pesticide residues are detected in Chinese crude drugs sometimes,which seriously affect the safety of Chinese crude drugs and their entry into the international market.Therefore,this paper reviewed the current situation of pesticide residues in Chinese crude drugs,pre-processing technology for pesticide residue detection and detection methods for pesticide residues.The causes of pesticide residues in Chinese crude drugs in China were analyzed,and corresponding suggestions were proposed,aiming to provide references for conducting research on pesticide residue detection for Chinese crude drugs.
