In the current field of power engineering,the importance of construction management and quality control is increasingly prominent.With the advancement of technology and the increasing complexity of engineering,traditional construction management models are no longer able to meet the needs of modern power engineering.Therefore,the article aims to deeply analyze the problems of power construction management and quality control,such as incomplete construction quality management system,inadequate on-site supervision and management,and uneven professional skills of construction personnel,and propose corresponding improvement measures,including improving the construction quality management system,strengthening construction material quality control,strengthening construction site supervision and management,and improving the professional skills of construction personnel,intended to provide reference for power construction management and quality control.
