With the rapid development of technology in the power industry,the maintenance and testing of primary equipment in substations face new challenges and opportunities.Primary equipment such as transformers,circuit breakers,isolating switches,and transformers are key to ensuring stable operation of the power grid.Effective maintenance and accurate testing of these equipment are crucial for improving the reliability and safety of the power grid.In this context,the article first outlines the basic functions and characteristics of primary equipment in substations,followed by a detailed analysis of the role of maintenance and testing of primary equipment in substations.Finally,it focuses on exploring the maintenance techniques and testing strategies of primary equipment in substations,including transformer maintenance and performance testing,circuit breaker inspection and functional testing,isolation switch inspection and evaluation,and transformer maintenance and testing.Intended to help practitioners in the power industry better adapt to the trend of technological development,improve the level of substation equipment maintenance and testing,and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the power grid.
