摘要
电力运维检修场景经常需要携带专用仪器设备登高作业,在高空作业或电力检修作业时由于在杆塔、电力设备表面或墙面无悬挂、放置相应的仪器设备,时常需要作业人员一手持仪器设备,另一个手进行作业,作业效率低且存在安全隐患。针对该应用场景,提出一种电动负压吸附装置解决方案,通过电动负压吸附装置吸附在物体表面且具有侧向负载能力,解决杆塔、电力设备表面或墙面无法悬挂仪器设备难题。
In power operation and maintenance scenarios,it is often necessary to carry specialized instruments and equipment to work at heights.During high-altitude operations or power maintenance operations,due to the lack of hanging or placing corresponding instruments and equipment on the surface or wall of the tower,power equipment,etc.,it is often necessary for operators to hold the instruments and equipment with one hand and the other hand,resulting in low efficiency and potential safety hazards.For this application scenario,a solution of electric negative pressure adsorption device is proposed,which adsorbs on the surface of an object and has lateral load capacity,solving the problem of not being able to hang instruments and equipment on the surface of towers,power equipment,or walls.
