核电站变压器常见故障诊断

摘要 变压器是电力系统中最重要的电气设备之一,承担着电压变换,电能分配和传输的任务,在运行中一旦发生异常情况就将影响系统的正常运行以及对用户的正常供电,甚至造成大面积停电。在核电站中,大型变压器承担着向外电网输电和厂内负荷供电的功能,在核电站的电力传输中起着关键的作用,因此大型变压器的正常运行是核电站电力系统安全、可靠、优质、经济运行的重要保证,必须最大限度地防止和减少变压器故障和事故的发生。介绍了大型变压器的一些常见缺陷和故障,分析了这些故障的原因和处理方法,并对变压器常用的一种故障分析方法——油中溶解气体色谱分析法进行简单的介绍和分析。 Transformers are one of the most important electrical equipment in the power system,responsible for voltage transformation,energy distribution,and transmission.Once an abnormal situation occurs during operation,it will affect the normal operation of the system and the normal power supply to users,and even cause large-scale power outages.In nuclear power plants,large transformers play a crucial role in transmitting power to the external power grid and supplying power to internal loads.Therefore,the normal operation of large transformers is an important guarantee for the safe,reliable,high-quality,and economical operation of the power system in nuclear power plants,and it is necessary to prevent and reduce transformer failures and accidents to the greatest extent possible.The article introduces some common defects and faults of large transformers,analyzes the causes and treatment methods of these faults,and briefly introduces and analyzes a commonly used fault analysis method for transformers-dissolved gas chromatography analysis in oil.
