高质量发展下电力企业人力资源管理策略研究

摘要 在社会飞速发展的当下,电力已然成为了日常生活与生产的重要资源,正是因为对电力需求的多元和增长,才推动了企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,这意味着企业管理者需要充分意识到高质量人力资源管理体系构建的重要性。毕竟我国电力企业的人力资源管理工作还存在一些问题,需要在明确问题的基础上,将以人力资源为中心的知识型经济的光芒发挥得更加耀眼,才能助力企业长远发展,帮助企业获得更加稳定的竞争地位。为此就高质量发展下电力企业人力资源管理策略进行简要探讨。 In the current rapidly developing society,electricity has become an important resource for daily life and production.It is precisely because of the diversification and growth of electricity demand that competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.This means that enterprise managers need to fully realize the importance of building a high-quality human resource management system,after all,there are still some problems in the human resource management work of power enterprises in China.On the basis of clarifying the issues,it is necessary to make the light of the knowledge-based economy centered on human resources shine more brightly,in order to help enterprises achieve long-term development and gain a more stable competitive position.This article briefly discusses the human resource management strategies of power enterprises under high-quality development.
