商务英语专业“融通”复合型人才培养模式探索

摘要 本文从新文科建设使命和途径出发,聚焦三大基本抓手--专业优化、课程提质、模式创新,研究商务英语专业“融通”复合型人才培养模式。首先从就业市场需角度,论证了改革人才培养的必要性和可行性。接下来,以国际传播能力建设为依据,探讨专业内涵与定位、培养目标、毕业要求、学制与学分等内容。最后,详细阐述了会计、人工智能、国际语言教育和创新创业四个方向的特点及课程设置,为同类高校开展商务英语特色专业建设提供了有益参考。 Starting from the mission and approach of building liberal arts in new era,this paper focuses on three basic measures:professional optimization,curriculum improvement,and model innovation,and studies the"integrated"inter-disciplinary talent training model for business English majors.The first topic is the necessity and feasibility of reforming talent cultivation from the perspective of the job market.Next,based on the construction of international communication capabilities,this paper explores the professional connotation and positioning,training objectives,graduation requirements,credits,and other related content.Finally,the characteristics and courses of accounting,artificial intelligence,international language education,and innovation and entrepreneurship are elaborated in detail,providing useful references for similar universities to carry out the construction of distinctive business English majors.
