摘要
高质量发展是以提高经济质量、社会质量、生态质量和人的素质为重点,通过改革创新和高品质发展促进社会全面进步的发展理念。随着国家对教育的高度重视和大力投入,中国高等教育已进入大规模发展的阶段。目前高等教育的多元化和差异化发展日益显著,不同类型、不同层次高校的教育目标、办学理念和质量水平各异。高校要建立科学、全面、有针对性的教育评价体系,可以提供科学可行的评价指标和评价方法,对高校的教育质量进行客观、精准的评估,推动高校内部的质量提升和改进。
High-quality development is to improve the economic quality,social quality,ecological quality and human quality as the focus,through reform and innovation and high-quality development to promote social progress development concept.With the country's high attention to and great investment in education,China's higher education has entered a stage of large-scale development.At present,the diversified and differentiated development of higher education is becoming more and more significant,and different types and different levels of universities have different educational objectives,educational concepts and quality levels.Colleges and universities should establish a scientific,comprehensive and targeted education evaluation system,which can provide scientific and feasible evaluation indicators and evaluation methods,conduct objective and accurate evaluation of the education quality of colleges and universities,and promote the quality improvement and enhancement of colleges and universities.
