基于“专创融合”视域的高职创新创业教育生态圈研究——以机电设备维修与管理专业为例

Research on the Ecological Circle of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of"Integration of Specialization and Innovation"——Taking the Maintenance and Management of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Major as an Example

专创融合作为一种新时代的教育范式,已经成为高校努力的一个重要方向。本文正是结合国家有关方针和政策的基础上,经过多年的改进和探索,不断借鉴和吸收国内外的实践教学先进理论成果,探索出“专创融合”实践教学新模式。该模式以机电设备维修与管理专业为观照对象,以学情分析,通过“五线谱”教学设计,辅以灵活多变的教学方法和评价手段,注重解决学生专业学习与创新创业教育脱节、课程中开发的创新创业项目可持续性不强、学生就业意愿城市化等问题,从而促进高职专创融合有效开展,学生的专创融合能力也能够得到切实的改善和提升。

As a new era of educational paradigm,the integration of specialization and innovation has become an important direction for universities to strive for.Based on the relevant national policies and guidelines,with years of improvement and exploration and continuous reference and absorption of advanced theoretical achievements in practice teaching at home and abroad,this paper explores a new model of"integration of specialization and innovation"in practical teaching.This model takes the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical equipment major as the observation object,analyzes the learning situation,and through the"staff"teaching design,supplemented by flexible and varied teaching methods and evaluation methods,focuses on solving problems such as the disconnection between student professional learning and innovation and entrepreneurship education,weak sustainability of innovation and entrepreneurship projects developed in the curriculum,and urbanization of student employment willingness,thereby promoting the effective integration of higher vocational education and innovation.Students'ability of integrating the specialization and innovation can also be effectively improved and enhanced.
