产教融合背景下现代产业学院运行模式初探

Exploration on the Operational Model of Modern Industrial Colleges under the Background of Production-education Integration

现代产业学院是校企双方联合培养技术技能型人才的有效载体,具有生产与教学的双重功能,实现理论与实践同步教学的特点。坚持以育人为本,立足于新时代技能型人才培养的需要,采用理论联系实际的方法,注重实践,培养创新、沉着、服务型的高素质技能人才,将社会主义核心价值观融入产业学院的日常教学中。在总结现代产业学院建设与实践经验的基础上,为规范生产与教学活动制定现代产业学院运行与管理相关规章制度,实现制度管事、管人,实现现代产业学院可持续发展。本文以平顶山技师学院润泽餐饮学院作为研究对象,根据生产岗位和企业对紧缺型人才需求,探索现代产业学院建设运行模式。

Modern industrial colleges are an effective platform for joint training of technical and skilled talents by both schools and enterprises.They have dual functions of production and teaching,and emphasize synchronous teaching of theory and practice.Adhering to the principle of student-centered education and based on the needs of skill-based talent cultivation in the new era,modern industrial colleges adopt a practical approach that combines theory with practice.They focus on cultivating innovative,composed,and service-oriented high-quality skilled talents,and integrate socialist core values into daily teaching activities.Based on the summary of construction and practical experience of modern industrial colleges,relevant rules and regulations are established to standardize the operation and management of production and teaching activities,and to achieve institutional governance and sustainable development of modern industrial colleges.Taking Runze Catering College of Pingdingshan Technician College as the research object,this paper explores the construction and operation mode of modern industrial colleges based on the production positions and the demand for talents with scarce skills in enterprises.
