基于“三全育人”理念的思政教育发展探究

摘要 三全育人指明思政教育改革发展新方向,明确提出面向新时代高等人才思政教育培养的新要求。思政教育作为提升高等人才专业素养、文化素养及道德品质的重要课程,对于我国人才培养质量的把控有着深远影响。新时期基于三全育人理念下的思政教育发展,要运用积极开展教育实践活动、深化教育评价与反馈及拓展教育内容渗透路径等基础策略,持续做好对思政教育育人培养体系的完善,实现三全育人在思政教育方面的有效融合。 The three comprehensive education points out a new direction for the reform and development of ideological and political education,and clearly proposes new requirements for the cultivation of ideological and political education for higher talents in the new era.As an important course to enhance the professional,cultural,and moral qualities of higher talents,ideological and political education has a profound impact on the quality control of talent cultivation in China.In the new era,the development of ideological and political education based on the concept of"three comprehensive education"should use basic strategies such as actively carrying out educational practice activities,deepening educational evaluation and feedback,and expanding the infiltration path of educational content,to continuously improve the training system of ideological and political education,and achieve effective integration of"three comprehensive education"in ideological and political education.
