摘要
随着以新一代数字经济为代表的新型商业环境对人才能力素养提出了新的要求,高校商科人才培养工作也面临着新的思考。在人才培养过程中,教师教学设计最重要达成的学习成果是什么?为什么要这些学习成果?如何实现这些学习成果?基于种种问题的思考,本文遵循OBE教育理念的成果导向教育、能力导向教育和目标导向教育理念,重构适应社会发展需求与人才培养相匹配的教学模式,强调了人才培养中的实用性与科学性。以“企业战略管理”课程为例,构建“双导向三方法”创新教学设计,将人才培养目标进一步细化到具体课程,落地到每一堂课,促进学生有效达成成果的多元学习路径,从而为推动教育教学方法改革提供参考。
As the new business environment represented by the new generation of digital economy demands the ability of talents,it forces the cultivation of business talents to put forward new thoughts.In the process of talent training,what are the learning outcomes of teachers'instructional design?Why these learning outcomes?How can these learning outcomes be realized?Based on the thoughts of various problems,this paper follows the OBE education concept of result-oriented education,ability-oriented education and goal-oriented education,reconstructs the teaching mode that adapts to the needs of social development and matches talent training,and emphasizes the practicability and science in talent training.Taking the course of"Enterprise Strategic Management"as an example,the innovative teaching design of"dual orientation and three methods"is constructed to further refine the talent training objectives into specific courses and implement them into each course and promote the multi-learning path for students to effectively achieve results,so as to provide references for promoting the reform of education and teaching methods.
