干燥条件对降低胶片灰雾的影响研究

摘要 灰雾是工业射线片性能的一个重要指标,灰雾超标值会影响产品质量。通过对涂布车速、干燥温度、风机频率、露点的调整,对影响工业片灰雾的因素进行探究。得出结论:在干点位置一定的条件下,降低干点后的干燥温度、提高干点之后的风机频率、提高干点之前平衡区的露点,会降低胶片的灰雾。 The fog is an important index of the performance of Industrial radiographic film,and the exceeding value of the fog will affect the product quality.By adjusting the coating speed,drying temperature,fan frequency and dew point,the factors affecting the fog of Industrial radiographic film were investigated.It is concluded that under the condition of a certain position of the dry point,reducing the drying temperature after the dry point,increasing the frequency of the fan after the dry point and increasing the dew point in the equilibrium zone before the dry point can reduce the fog of the film.
