淤泥质软土房建桩基础参数分析

摘要 文章以淤泥质软土桩基为研究对象,采用静载抗压试验法,分析不同参数下钻孔灌注桩在受力过程中呈现出的不同变形和破坏特征。研究表明,在注浆作业过程中,应采用细流慢注的方式,有利于精准掌控注浆量,确保其满足预设的注浆标准。需紧密监测桩顶的位移情况,以便实时调整注浆压力、流量及速率。在桩长相同的条件下,桩径增加可显著提升桩基的承载能力,这是因为更大的桩径增大了桩身的截面面积,从而能更有效地分散荷载。当桩径和桩长保持不变时,3号桩的最大承载力是4号桩的1.37倍。此差异源于3号桩采用的是复合式注浆技术,该技术显著增强了桩体稳定性,进而提高了其承载能力。 The pile foundation in muddy soft soil is taken as the research object,and the static load compression test method is used to analyze the different deformation and failure characteristics of bored piles under different parameters during the stress process.The research shows that in the process of grouting operation,the fine flow and slow injection method should be adopted,which is beneficial to accurately control the grouting amount and ensure that it meets the preset grouting standard.It is necessary to closely monitor the displacement of the pile top in order to adjust the grouting pressure,flow amount and velocity.Under the condition of the same pile length,the increase of pile diameter can significantly improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation.This is because the larger pile diameter increases the cross-sectional area of the pile body,which can more effectively disperse the load.When the pile diameter and pile length remain unchanged,the maximum bearing capacity of pile 3 is 1.37 times that of pile 4.This difference is due to the fact that the pile 3 adopts a composite grouting technology,which significantly enhances the stability of the pile and thus improves its bearing capacity.
