水利工程下穿高速全断面破岩顶管施工技术研究

摘要 随着我国高速公路建设的快速发展,水利工程常需下穿高速公路。顶管施工技术因具备施工简便、对环境影响小等优势,被广泛应用于此类工程。文章以某防洪引水工程为例,分析了全断面破岩顶管施工技术,包括施工作业准备、洞口封门、工作井施工、管节接口处理等内容,旨在探讨科学合理的顶管施工方案,为水利工程项目施工提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of expressway construction in China,water conservancy engineering often needs to pass under the expressway.Pipe jacking construction technology is widely used in such engineering because of its advantages of simple construction and little impact on the environment.Taking a flood control and water diversion project as an example,this paper analyzes the construction technology of full-section rock breaking pipe jacking,including construction preparation,hole entrance sealing,working well construction,pipe joint interface treatment,etc.,aiming to explore a scientific and reasonable pipe jacking construction scheme and provide reference for the construction of water conservancy engineering projects.
