摘要
文章以某白酒生产企业厂区新扩建项目为例,结合该项目的规划内容,基于BIM技术在设计阶段创建厂区可视化视图,将厂区内各类信息进行集成和可视化,为决策者提供更全面和准确的信息,并考虑到设计阶段流程中存在的问题,使用BIM技术对其进行优化处理。在此基础上,将BIM技术与射频识别技术结合,实时追踪和监测建筑施工的过程和状态,及时调整施工组织。应用BIM技术后,新扩建工程项目在设计、实施阶段的信息传导更高效,各环节的组织、实施和衔接更合理,有利于企业的长期稳定有序发展。
Taking the new expansion project of a liquor production enterprise plant area as an example,combined with the planning content of the project,this paper creates a visualization view of the plant area in the design stage based on BIM technology,and integrates and visualizes all kinds of information in the plant area to provide more comprehensive and accurate information for decision makers.Besides,considering the problems existing in the process at the design stage,BIM technology is used to optimize it.On this basis,BIM technology and Radio Frequency Identification technology are combined to track and monitor the process and state of construction in real time,and the construction organization is adjusted in time.After the application of BIM technology,the information transmission of the new expansion project in the design and implementation stages is more efficient,and the organization,implementation and connection of each link are more reasonable,which is conducive to the long-term stable and orderly development of the enterprise.
