产教融合背景下校企协同育人模式构建研究

产教融合即指产业体系与教育体系的融合,主体已由单一的职业院校延伸至包括应用型本科高校在内的职业型与应用型高校;主要涉及专业结构与产业结构相融合、专业标准与职业标准相融合、教学资源与产业资源相融合,以及教育改革机制与产业发展机制相融合四个维度。产教融合背景下,尝试构建校企协同育人模式成为应然之举。校企双方可以协同树立“双元制”教学理念,制定人才培养方案,开展具体教学工作,构建课程体系,开展应用科学研究,评价教学质量,构建教学资源,并且打造实习实训基地,以期在推动高校转型发展的同时,也实现产业升级发展。
