冬季桥梁墩柱混凝土蒸汽养护温湿控制研究

摘要 针对冬季桥梁墩身混凝土自然养护效果不佳、传统保温棚施工难度大造价高等问题,在西安高新区秦镇沣河大桥项目进行墩身混凝土智能蒸汽养护罩的应用试验。结果表明,蒸汽养护罩最佳养护温度为70℃,采用智能蒸汽养护罩可实现对墩身混凝土长时间地高效保湿养护;与自然养护相比,采用蒸汽养护罩养护56 d龄期桥梁墩柱混凝土表层碳化深度减少61.1%,墩柱混凝土回弹强度增加17.89%,混凝土表面密实性显著提高。采用智能蒸汽养护罩不仅可以提升养护质量,而且操作简便,省时省工,节约水资源,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。 In view of the poor effect of bridge pier concrete maintenance in winter,the difficulty and high cost of traditional insulation shed construction,the application test of intelligent steam shield of pier concrete was carried out in the project of Fenghe Bridge in Qinzhen Town,Xi'an High-tech Zone.The results show that the optimum curing temperature of steam curing cover is 70℃,and the intelligent steam curing cover can be used to maintain the moisture of pier concrete for a long time.Compared with natural maintenance,the carbonization depth of concrete surface of 56-day-old bridge pier columns cured by steam curing cover is reduced by 61.1%,the rebound strength of pier concrete is increased by 17.89%,and the surface compactness of concrete is significantly improved.The use of intelligent steam cover can not only improve the maintenance quality,but also easy to operate,save time and labor,save water resources,and has better social and economic benefits.
