摘要
检查库是动车运用所内承担配属动车组的一级修以及部分二级修任务的库房。该文从规范出发,首先介绍常规检查库长度计算方法,在此基础上结合不同场景的工程实际经验,比如全自动运行技术以及上盖开发,对动车运用所的检查库的设计计算方法进行进一步的深化和拓展,从而完善适应动车组检修工艺的检查库尺寸参数的计算方法。
The inspection warehouse is a warehouse within the EMU operation depot that undertakes the first level maintenance and some second level maintenance tasks of the assigned EMU units.Starting with the standard,this paper first introduces the calculation method for the length of conventional inspection warehouses.Thus,based on practical engineering experience in different scenarios,such as fully automatic operation technology and upper cover development,the design and calculation method for inspection libraries used in EMUs is further deepened and expanded,in order to improve the calculation method for inspection warehouses'size parameters,soas to adapt to the maintenance process of EMUs.
