摘要
转速直接影响声发射信号,不同转速下采集得到的声发射信号不能直接进行对比。因此,该文提出一种基于阶次分析的声发射信号归一化方法。该方法通过等角度重采样,将不同转速下的声发射信号映射到阶次域,从而消除转速对声发射信号的影响。采用机械密封试验台采集不同转速下的声发射信号进行验证,试验结果表明该方法可以有效地去除转速对声发射信号的影响。
Because the acoustic emission(AE)signal could be affected by the speed,it could not directly compare different AE signals which are collected under different rotation speed.Therefore,a normalization method for AE signal,which is based on the order analysis,is proposed.In order to removing the affection of speed,the AE signals,which are collected under different rotation speed,should be mapped to order domain based on the uniform angle resampling.The effectiveness of the method is proven by using AE signals which are collected from mechanical seal.
