铁路货车转向架挡键螺栓紧固作业装置研究与应用

This paper studies the fastening operation device of stop key bolt of railway freight car bogie,in order to solve the problems of low efficiency and easy loosening existing in traditional fastening method.Through structural design,material selection and optimization,research and development of control system and experimental verification and improvement,a new type of fastening device for retaining key bolts of railway freight car bogies has been successfully developed.The device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,durability and reliability,and high degree of automation and intelligence.It can be widely used in the repair and maintenance of railway freight cars,improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost.At the same time,it can provide reference for related industries and promote the technological progress of related industries.
