摘要
通过分析河(湖)长制、林长制、田长制主要工作,以“三长制”均涉及的调查监测工作为研究重点,提出了一种综合利用航空遥感、航天遥感、地面调查等手段开展“三长制”协同联动调查的工作思路,以此为基础设计出详细的“三长制”协同调查技术路线,解决“三长制”调查监测工作缺乏横向联系及统筹管理的工作现状,提升工作质效。
By analyzing the main work of the river(lake)chief system,forest chief system,and field chief system,with the investigation and monitoring work involved in the"three chief system"as the research focus,this paper proposed a work approach to carry out the"three chief system"collaborative linkage investigation by comprehensively utilizing aerial remote sensing,aerospace remote sensing,ground survey.Based on this,a detailed technical route for the"three chief system"collaborative investigation is designed,which resolves the current situation of the lack of horizontal connection and overall management in the investigation and monitoring work of the"three chief system"and improves the quality and efficiency of work.
